1. Eligibility for Full Refunds
You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:
- No Project Initiation: If the project is not initiated within 3 days from the agreed start date by any member of the Webonix Tech team (e.g., developers, designers, content writers, SEO experts, etc.), a full refund will be issued.
- Failure to Deliver on Time: If the website or service is not delivered within the agreed timeline, we will provide a full refund. However, delays due to improper communication or actions from the client will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Failure to Provide Requirements: If the client fails to submit the necessary brief and project requirements within 7 days of receiving the request, no refund will be provided.
- Completed Projects: Once the project enters the development phase or the mock-up designs are approved, no refund will be issued.
- Ongoing Service Projects: Any ongoing or milestone-based projects (e.g., digital marketing, SEO) that are in progress are not eligible for refunds.
3. Money-Back Guarantee for Website Designs
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on new website designs. If your website goes live and you are unsatisfied with the services provided, we will refund a portion of your payment. However, refunds will not be available after the 15-day period has passed. Negotiations for refunds after this period will not be entertained.
4. Refund Processing Time
Refund requests are processed based on the circumstances and can take up to one week or more, depending on the situation and the quality of the refund request.
5. Exclusions
Webonix Tech is not liable for any issues or complaints raised by individuals or groups who are not directly engaged with us as clients. Additionally, Webonix Tech will not pay for services that are not directly offered by our team.
